  • I appreciate what you do DJ Tutor and like your videos. . Have you used either the NI S2 or S4 Traktor controllers? What are your opinions? They seem to do the same thing as the CDJ's for less money.

  • anyone knows how to record my own mixing? i got 1xcdj 2000 +cdj 900 an djm700, i had been training alot mixing and beatmatching, but i would like to record it that to see if im doing ok o no. plz if any one know help me i will aprciate alot.

  • You can do the same , using 2 Cue points (Setting the second cue in a calm part of the song) , so after you do the first cue "trick" , you start the second cue and the second song at the same time.

  • I can hear that mixer whispering "sell both your kidneys and buy me"

  • help !!!

  • I'm assuming it'd be best to turn down the bass slightly on both tracks so you're not double-bassing?

  • love the fisheye lens

  • I do something similar with the kill switches on my mixer since i don't have cdjs.

  • practice and dreaming how to get that setup... :(

  • going to try this on my controller!thx!keep it up!

  • That setup costs more than my car...

  • He has run out of hats. Thats why we dont see his face

  • "Practice and Enjoy!"....."I Do"

  • I miss my cdj's :( I still need a mixer though.... I really want a djm 800 I'm still so impressed with that mixer, It's so amazing and in my dreams of course id have the same set up you have here in the video. great tutorial! <3

  • great tutorial awsome thanks great effect for changing from track to anouther

  • stanton warrios saw them live twive, such a good duo.

  • damn... torn between saving for DJ equipment or a car

  • @TheDJay72 car - get a second job then the equipment :)

  • @TheDJay72 Me too!

  • @TheDJay72 cdj,s and use the jog wheels as wheels!..lol

  • @TheDJay72 take the bus dude :P

  • @TheDJay72 DJ stuff is cheaper. Acquire it before thinking about a car or it may never happen. Soon as you start driving its like joining the 'not got any money' club :(

  • @TheDJay72 you dont have to get his exact same setup with the cdj2000's and the newest djm.. consider the 1000's or some denon's..

  • @TheDJay72 instead of buyind a german car and a japanese dj gear, buy a german dj gear and a japanese car. thats much cheaper ^^

  • Doesn't sound very good imo.

  • Oooooo pretty colors...

  • are you using fish eye lens

  • @MrDjdnf no its a custom ellaskins pioneer djm / cdj 2000 curved edition set up ... lol

  • @EEZAL haha lol

  • Nice trick... love the track flow - it's like the second tracks echoes "down" after the first track is dropped out.

  • I do this.

  • @ellaskins, I've been a fan of your vids for a while now, Keep up the great work.

The Name is DJ 8KIN, I am wondering if you can do a demo with The DJM2000. Im not too sure what effects i can do with it and whether i should buy it or not...

    Thanks, Practice and Enjoy :-)

  • Very ironic :D The song goes ''Don't bring me down'' just as j pulls the fader down ;)

  • Fuck... i want that setup

  • @DjSamplez worth £5000 including the monitors and the headphones :S

  • this isnt a "hint or tip" its common sence if u found this vid usefull u prob wanna get on ur decks abit more instead of watching tutorials on youtube

  • Comment removed

  • for beginner dj's who are going to be djing their schools saddy hawkins and prom dances, what equipment would I need (excluding speakers and dj booth)

  • @Sh0ckanaw3 i recommend the pioneer djm2000 with the cdj2000 cd players. they are nice.

  • @Tumppe1337 I don't know about you, but when I was in High School I didn't have $4,000 to blow on mixing gear, I had college to save up for. I spent $250 on a MIDI controller and eventually graduated to CDJs when I made enough money through small parties and gigs.

  • @Tumppe1337 *sigh* im not a retard.... definitly dont need that for highschool dances

  • @Tumppe1337 wow r u crazy? defiantly a decent midi controller and a sound card but seriously.

  • Nicee, thanks for the tip :D
