Hello, love the machine, i just bought the same one off ebay last week. I have a problem, i plug it in then it light up the screen lights up and works, but after that nothing. I filled the reward tray in the back with balls, if you know of anything that would help me, I would appreciate it! (the seller is not responding to my emails)
