What the hell happened to my favorite game? They ruined it! I don't know what they have been thinking, but this is absolutely rubbish. The gameplay is the worst I've ever seen, the graphics are worse than C&C3, strategy is gone and I can't imagine that someone likes this game. Hope the next one, made by Victory Games, is 1000 times better than this one.

@optimus1823 Do you mean the little icon with 18/18 next to it? That is a unit-cap, first introduced in Command and Conquer 3. The unit cap was made to limit how many units were on map at once to reduce lag for players.

Mobile Bases are not a bad concept but they do not suit Command and Conquer :S

Now if we had traditional bases and the ability to have mobile bases that would've been perfectly fine. After all nothing wrong with being able to get tanks out quickly near an enemy base but it's not C&C without a traditional base too. Ah well may give this game a go anyway; if I enjoy the game I guess I can get used to the change.

@cncguides In TD, it wasn't impossible to destroy. It was just powerful, which gave the game a challenge. Nod was a difficult army to control in TD specifically because their units were far weaker than GDI's.

@cncguides about the obelisks, they should still be super powerful like in the older games. You would have to use a bunch of units or a better strategy to wipe them out, they were the strongest base defense in the game before, but you could take them out easily is you knew how.

Up until 2:06, it was fine - familiar C&C gameplay. But then... WTF? The MCV now produces units? You have to repack it and move it with the rest of your army? Repacking the MCV was a last resort option in previous C&C games. I didn't buy the game, and seeing the rest of the video, I can say I'm glad I didn't. I swear to Kane, I'm never buying anything from EA Los Angeles again. EVER.

Before anyone says anything, I am NOT an EA hater. I thought C&C3 and Red Alert 3 were brillient. This however is dogshit, it really is. The plot is lackluster, the main campaign is really short. Just 7 missions for each after the first three outset missions. There is also little variation between the two campaigns, the missions are just from the other perspective. No base building and a unit cap, the enemy has multiple walkers, so you get outnumbered al the time. Big shame!
