To sew your hair you just make a bun form and sew the hair peice in. We have to do it all the time for sychronized skating (though instead of thread we use 15 lb. fishing line...) so our buns wont fall out, and I really recommend you avoid it at all costs- its not terrribly pleasent.

..if your hair is falling out from teasing, you're doing it wrong. Tease from the middle of the strand of hair and don't get close to the scalp cause they breaks your hair and makes it real damaged and you could get bad split ends.

@hlnl56 yep there are videos of how to do it on youtube.. i stumbled on them one day when i was looking for something else. you save up the clumps of hair and i think cut the foot out of a pair of pantyhose and stuff it with the hair then put it at the crown of your head and cover it with your hair and pin it around it so it doesnt show. it's like an old school bump it lol

i use mane n tail, but you should use it for a few weeks and switch to something else for awhile because if you use it all the time your hair eventually gets used to it and doesn't grow fast anymore. to start off the new year i'm not using my mane n tail until the end of january so hopefully my hair will go back into it's growing phase once again :) the reason i'm using it is because i want my long hair back after an accident for me last january, my hair grew 5 inches in the entire year!

@MrBullyGirl olive oil actually doesn't do shit for your hair. it may make it look healthier, but isn't really repairing it.  try coconut oil, one of the only oils that can actually be absorbed into your hair shaft and actually repairs your hair not just makes it appear shiny.
