@jayrod2 Is that still called chrome illusion? Must be somewhat expensive to do with auto paint. Do you buy the paint per job, Or do you got a handy paint mixing station, you have access to? When I was painting cars, I made all kinds of money when I first started on the side. Selling paint i may not of owned. That was back in the day though. I'm sure body shops computer monitor that shit now.

Great! i've got 4 megadrive1 and 2 megadrive2, and like 10 gamepads, i wonder to paint aged one like that! :) but will be pretty hard to handle without get scratches :\ wich type of paint i should use? few years ago i've tried to paint an unofficial dreamcast pad using chrome-black spray but the result was terrible. the surface never got dry, when i press fingers on, it gets permanent fingerprints still today :( (sorry for bad english)

Nah. Its car paint. Car paint takes forever to fade even if its in the sun everyday. This will never even see the sun. The clear coat is very durable.

See, I like mods like this because they stay true to the overall theme of the genesis. I hate some of these other ones that fucking dump blood red paint splatters on their NES's. It's like, that's not the way the console should look!!!
