I thought of something similar and putting blood packets or something in the parts along with fake arm, leg & head pieces. Put it in the trunk and getting one other person to drive with. Go to a place at night that has security cameras & an area where you can dig. Park, start digging a little hole, have both guys grab the dummy and start "chopping" it up hitting the blood packets. Then bury the parts & leave. Hopefully there was a cam taping you and laugh your ass off when its on the news.
