  • style!

  • @gmork94 lmao! thank you.

  • im nowhere near that good. i want to keep working hard!!!

  • Hi, thanks for the comment.

The pattern here is very simple and i would say it is only beginner level, it just sounds pretty cool.

I'm sure if you practice regularly, you will easily be able to play more complicated and interesting beats than this : )

    All the best...

  • Thanks!

  • nice idea!

  • Thats sweet

  • thats g8

  • its gr8

  • hey dude nice kit, and nice drumming. I have a Mapex M birch kit in my garage, i know that somtimes a garage isn't always a great place for a drum kit however i have put in as much soft things as i can and it sounds alright.

  • hey man! sorry for the late reply!

Yeah i wouldn't put my kit in a garage because of the damp and cold etc.

my kit in this vid doesn't sound too great because the room isn't scousticaly sound and because it had stock heads on.

    I NEED MIC'S AND SOFTWARE!!!!

  • I'ma try this today when I practice

  • nice job its amazing whatcha can do just screwin around eh? Like u said its a really simple beat, but just by expanding it around the set changes it up, and in this case for a positive effect.

  • Thanks for the comment man! Yeah if i make beats up i start with a simple beat as the core and then add bits to it.

Sometimes it works out and sometimes it sounds shit.

But i keep going until i like the sound of it and then apply it round the kit.

  • That was really cool. But too hard for me as a beginner to understand

  • it started off really simple! i just add a bit at a time and then apply it to different drums to make it sound cool.

try something like that yourself. You might surprise yourself!

  • Great stuff! I once also "invented" something sort of this, when I was trying to jam along Primus.

But it was concentrated to the drummers right side, with few hits to the left side.

I can't remember it well anymore, but I got 2 toms, ride and snare in it+ there was room for more hits in it, but I didn't come up with anything fitting.

  • sweet i need to learn this

  • haha thats way cool, it really makes me laugh because as a guitarist i hear the rhythm fine, im just coordinated enough to do it, sweett though no doubt

  • cool man. glad you like it! its not hard but sounds cool in my opinion!

  • thank you very much! glad you enjoyed it! its always nice to see what ppl think about ur vids (good or bad) i'll comment on ur vid's now!
