I recommend HTC coz the processor doesnt makes a great difference...

check for the RAM - htc hold more so running apps in bkgrund is possible.

you have to consider battery???

processor,screen size,standby time,talk time,gorilla glass---> ACE wins

RAM,resolution(480p @ 24fps),PPI screen,faster internet,gorilla glass----> HTC wins

if you want to run lots of apps and widgets in the background, definitely go for the wildfire

@DoMiNaToR2465 There is full Wi-Fi support (g/n) and 3G on the Galaxy Ace and it loads web pages, videos etc. with good speed. Obviously it depends on how reliable and strong the Wi-Fi connection is and also if you are using 3G, how good the 3G signal is in the area. But in areas of good signal it works great

Good afternoon everyone. I ask before buying a galaxy ace, making inquiries of friends and people that have this product, as I do not repent. In these ads only speak of the wonders of the device, but nothing good if the battery is SUPER LOW not fall for hype. I'm disappointed ... there are only two options: either use the device with all devices connected by a short time, or turn off everything and is only getting called by almost one day only. I was also looking between ace or fit. I recomend that you buy Galaxy ace because it has stronger battery, faster processor, stereo speakers, A-GPS, bigger screen. It comes with Android v2.2 (Froyo), so it would be bets to upgrade it to 2.3

@chawkybmx Hi :) This will all depend on whether the mobile is unlocked, you will need an unlocked or an Orange network Galaxy Ace. Ask your Nan to speak to her mobile provider and request an unlocked handset, if this can't be provided you can pay for the handset to be unlocked which usually costs around £10-£15

@SomeGamer95 Well in terms of the screen the ace is bigger and has anti scratch glass but has a relatively low screen resolution. The wildfire s is smaller but has a higher resolution (no anti scratch glass). The processor of the ace is 800mhz and the wildfire s is 600mhz. But in terms of price the ace is about £30/$45 over the wildfire, so basically they are both good. I personally would go for the ace because it is faster... Hope this helped

@Mellor197 I think, just decide on which design you like the most.. Ace & Optimus One processing power has no much diffrent. Ace with 800 Mhz processor & 278Mb RAM vs Optimus One with 600Mhz & 512Mb RAM. Ace has better camera image quality and screen display tough, but the price is higher than Optimus One.

Just read a few of the comments and i would say it is defiantly better than the Blackberry curve with its 3.5 inch screen and widgets for up to 7 screens.

At £195.00 or free on a contract you ain't going to get anything better.
