The guy Kay talks about, Al Gray, is all over the internet, he even has his own wikipedia page. Look him up... he's a terrifying looking man. You can see it all in his eyes. Gives me the creeps.

The way Ms Griggs described "The Joint" she made it sound like a clandestine, secret society. But I guess it's like with Tailhook: The public only knows the surface meaning of it, sugarcoated and all.

This explains why I have been harrased by Marines who have targeted me and called me a "rat". I worked for clubs that were run by the Mafia in Miami and that is when the Marine Corps started harrassing me. How can the marine corps be involved in something like this. But now it makes sense. My exbosses were pissed that I was telling the truth about some of their scams. I'ave had all these veteran marines walking around calling me "RAT!" and following me. They always use the color red.

Some of the creepiest people in the world are suit and tie wearing, card holding official badge flashing, uniform wearing, status holding members of some official organization. Their credo is, if you don't get busted it's not illegal.

It seems like if people belong to an oppressing organization or and enforcement organization and are being paid they have an effective right to act in untoward ways.  Also that is their job. It is easier and perhaps more fun to cause mischief or damage than working. If they don't get caught on cam or if there is not an oversite organization it is "legal".

Exactly. They can talk anyone into cooperating with their illegal activities, and have fun pulling hoaxes on people and watching them have sex, etc. The main thing they worry about is getting caught, because they know it's illegal.

Using any number of hi-tech surveillance techniques. In my case, they use small robotic devices, disguised as spiders or rat feces. Good cover, huh? But they have all manner of stuff - small UAVs like model helicopters, through the wall radar (probably based on micropower impulse radar, or MIR). I believe most of it is military technology that is not commercially available or known to the public. And then there is all manner of dirty tricks - they can use the small robots to deliver drugs, etc.

I think my neighbors had some ability to see through the walls of my house, but their house is at least 30 ft away. The would sometimes mirror my leaving the house precisely with a perp smile. How big are these see thru wall devices, do you think they are portable or concealable?

Definitely portable and concealable. Even commercially available ones are handheld. Time Domain, Inc has a handheld devices for sale.
