hey, it's really hard to watch this video and listen but it's a beautiful song. My husband left home yesterday to serve in Kandahar. I really hope that all may come home safe!!!! For the ones who let their lives, may they rest in peace and please help their families to get over this great loss as good as can be
Kandahar is one of the most safe places in afghanistan. sure its not without danger. But you can be very happy that he is in Kandahar and not someplace else like Uruzgan...
I got an email from some of my buddies who are with 3RCR M Co, and he was saying the fighting is getting pretty bad. I go in 2010, not sure what to really think about yet. Im nervous, but proud of what im doing. God Bless you Dale, we'll have to hang out sometime
Dale, I still can't get over this song... I was in Petawawa this week, and its amazing to see how this war has really hurt people in so many different ways.
Thanks Brotha.. I know man, it's ridiculous how much pain happens after our soldier return.. people should realize that our soldiers are taking a huge burden on for the rest of us and have more respect!!
I am an American soldier and I just want to thank all of the Canadian soldiers fighting beside me. You will never know how much we appreciate you. God Bless Canada and God Bless America!
To my canadian allies, THANK YOU, for being a friend. THANK YOU for being with us on the battlefield. THANK YOU! FROM AN AMERICAN PARATROOPER! YOU GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!
I just wanted to quickly say thank you Canada for your selfless service for peace around the world. I know that Canadians were not only in Iraqi, but they were also fighting the Nazis on D-Day. My dad was at D-Day serving with the U.S. 101st Airborne Division (in the gliders). He later went on to serve 27 years in the military. If he could see this video, he would give a very crisp military salute to all fallen and currently-serving Canadians. Respectfully, your neighbor to the south.
i see several morons on these sites masquerading as canadians. trying to turn us against canada because of their attitudes. they don't fool me. thanks
I cannot speak for others but I say God bless America! I would be very proud to be an American and I know many others here in Canada feel the same way. We're on your side, blessings!!
ya dont really hear much about canada now and days but may god rest the souls of the Canadian and American soilders and any other allied force that helped us out in iraq
I am very sorry for your loss Andrea, Mark was a brave man, and is a hero. My prayers go out to you and your family. I hope you realize he is safe with God. Lots of blessings. Thankyou for your nice comments, I look forward to seeing you there. much love, dale
(;AWESOME TRIBUTE;)My cousin was over in Iraq.I'm sure he's seen so much over there.Enjoyed the video.Your You Tube Bro. Larry Killam aka Yrral Mallik;)
i look forward to a day where this no longer has to happen...training people to kill & be killed...its not right & its not fair, i respect the sacrifice they have made, personally, but i dont respect the cause they are fighting for, because ultimately, that choice is not theirs
Thanks very much for your comment, I agree with you that whether you believe in war or not, we should respect the sacrifice, that is the whole point of this song, thanks again for your intelligent comment,
dale is my cousin, hes amazing! he not only can sing be he inspires others! dale we love ya and with Gods will u WILL soar beyond the stars...much love brotha

Dear Troops,
We don't support the War.
Bush lied to you and us about WMD.
Iraq was not a threat.
Iraq was not an exporter of terrorism.
Iraq had nothing to do with 911.
Iraq had nothing to do with al qaeda's plot.
Iraq had Oil. Bush & his Jewish ideologue buddies like Wolfowitz and Feith conspired to deceive us.
If you're reasonable, you'll understand why we can't support you IF you choose to fight in this bullshit war.
Put down your weapons and tell your commander your tired of their BS.
