since that I read all of the harry potter books by heart repeatedly over the years, I noticed that in this film they made the characters different from the book in a way that I don't approve..
must say the movie was great.i love harry potter.but i didnt like how they didnt put dumbledores funneral in this movie.i'm also glad that hermione and ron r finally figuring out they have feelings for each other.
The truth is, Rowling messed that up completely. If they both really liked each other, they wouldn't "both" deny it, only one of them would -Here, I'm thinking Ron because of just how stupid she made him- and the other would do something about it. Even if they do both deny it, I really can't imagine two people less likely to fall for each other; she messed up big time with the books, I could give you a list of mistakes (and I mean "big" mistakes) that she made.

I saw the movie. Some parts of the movie are unclear like how Aragog suddenly died or what the half blood prince's role is besides who it is. Parts of the trailer was also decieving. Older voldemort only appeared for like 3 seconds of the movie during a flashback. And quiditch was great but was only like 8 minutes.
It had the best ending excluding the last 5 minutes. Overall much better than OOTP though.

I don't understand why people are hating this movie, it is by far one of the greatest movie in a very, very long time. Yes, there have been great movies in the best couple years, but nothing was this original. Come to Patüly end enjoy it.

this movie only became great because of it's outstanding special effects..
since that I read all of the harry potter books by heart repeatedly over the years, I noticed that in this film they made the characters different from the book in a way that I don't approve..

the dvd will be released in december, i'm not sure though.. part 1 of the last movie will be released in november 2010 and part 2 in july 2011.

The truth is, Rowling messed that up completely. If they both really liked each other, they wouldn't "both" deny it, only one of them would -Here, I'm thinking Ron because of just how stupid she made him- and the other would do something about it. Even if they do both deny it, I really can't imagine two people less likely to fall for each other; she messed up big time with the books, I could give you a list of mistakes (and I mean "big" mistakes) that she made.

HBP movie is ok, but IMHO not the best.
btw - i used to hate the 7th book... because JKR killed ALL my favourite characters (Sirius in the Order, Dumbledor in the Prince... and Lupin, Tonks, Fred in in the Hallows). When i finished reading the last book i wanted to kill that woman... grr... but now it's better :D

I saw the movie. Some parts of the movie are unclear like how Aragog suddenly died or what the half blood prince's role is besides who it is. Parts of the trailer was also decieving. Older voldemort only appeared for like 3 seconds of the movie during a flashback. And quiditch was great but was only like 8 minutes.
It had the best ending excluding the last 5 minutes. Overall much better than OOTP though.
