He makes a good point that the idea of a "career" is an artificial construct.
I myself have many interests, but this society seems to push people down the narrow road of a career. This seems to destroy my general creativity and turn me into a robot with a fixed job.
I love many thing sfrom sports and fishing to reading and philosophy- why I am then branded to work in only one career?
