If it is an emotional then it generally sounds beautiful. You say Burzum is not beautiful. Almost all Burzum songs sound beautiful to me. They express pain and sadness. Burzum is meant to express feeling. You can't say Black Spell of Destruction is not a beautiful song. As you say, Mayhem is brutal though.
