when cooking chicken breasts, is it a good idea to pour lemon juice over the chicken after they have been cooked, just before they are ready to serve?
Thank you for posting this- I'm a student and I saw chicken on sale so, naturally, I bought it- then came home to cut it up to freeze separately and there were bones I wasn't quite sure how to handle. Now I know what to do. thanks.
