  • Wow. that could have been much worst. No one ever listens to me, I told the DMV they shouldn't give Chuck Norris his license back because he always plays chicken with the big rigs. As you can see in this video he won.....he always wins people.... >:/

  • Cant say I dont agree with you there. I am fortunate that my daughter wasn't with him that day. This was a big eye opener for him and his wonderful family and my daughter is blessed to still have him in her life. What sucks is that there are many repeat offenders that drink and drive and take that risk willingly everyday but in his case: trust me when i tell you he would never risk the lives of others willingly. Thank you for your comment and have a great day.

  • then he shouldnt be behind the wheel if his condition is that bad,the risk of killing someone or himself

  • Actually it is a real video of my daughters father. The sad thing is that my daughter seen this video on TV first and I heard her screams all the way from the outside of the house. Her father was not alseep behind the wheel but in a diabetic coma. The driver did an awesome job. My daugters father is a great person with a disease that takes control over his body and we are all happy that nobody else was injured. I am very happy that my daughter can still see her father every day.

  • This was a staged accident made for a safety video.

  • were the people in the suv hurt?? cause by the look of it they must be!

  • The rear tandem axle of that truck was ripped off the trailer. Driver did everything he could not to hit head-on. He was almost completely off the road when the SUV struck him.

  • You can't ask much more of a trucker.

He ditched his rig to try to avoid a head-on, which would certainly have killed the occupants of the SUV.

  • @angryadrien you are soo absolutely correct

  • so close

  • Many of us have died to save the ass of the four wheelers

  • @jetjustfast the suv was the one that crashed into the semi!?! the semi was trying to avoid it.

  • Just another example of NO Driver -Training required to get a Class-3 ( 4-Wheeler ) Drivers Licence in this Country. Might as well sell them at Wal-Mart. Had there been no film or witnesses of this incident, The Powers that be would have broken their Ass'es to find a way to place all Blame and responcibility on the Poor Truckdriver. And if you don't believe that. Then you have NEVER driven Trailer-Truck in this Country.

  • @ancientastronomer AMEN ! I HAD AN ACCIDENT WHERE THE WOMAN DROVE UP RIGHT BESIDE MY TRAILER AT THE LAST SECOND AS I WAS TURNING RIGHT! i HAD PEOPLE WHO SAW IT AND IT SAVED MY CAN !!!1

  • that wassn tthe trucks fault... it went into the median ta avoid the suv

  • Truckers, depending on their routes have to maintain a schedule and a log book. They given a prescribed number of hours on duty and sleeper berth time. Failure to comply can The trucker can be completely legal but someone in a car is not required by law nor enforcement to drive following plenty of rest.
