@SRPC21 I used to kinda think that way about him too but after watching a couple documentaries about him, you can see the truth about him which is the fact that he has this huge outer dominating, defense mechanism but also on the inside he has an equally beautiful warm spirit. He is someone that is constantly surrounded by negativity, even in the Big Brother house, and he just COMPLETELY tells the truth. No, he did not change his gender. He doesn't have breasts, those are defined pectoral muscles, many men have them. His lips are bigger because he injected them with colagin but it went horribly wrong and he had to have a lot of reconstructive surgery, so his face is very different now.
