I think you really gotta want it, like be serious in the decision to get healthy and get toned. That's my problem, cause sometimes I slack. Stress is never good for staying focused. Sadly I don't know how to relieve stress except sleeping. Which is what I do :P.
Just eating healthy and lots of fruit and veggies to get rid of bloating and water weight. I am belly dancing, doing palates, yoga and gym equipment to actually work out
Omg! Stop drinking! Drinking ruined my life. lol. I gained like 45lbs from drinking all the time!

just really stressed out lately.. i think that why im not as focused;
