This car is great 1.6 liter with I think 121 hp.. but I find that the Mitsubishi Lancer 1.5 Liter 109 hp is kinda better bec. it's economical in fuel, a large space inside the car for big people, it has kinda a medium trunk and it's a 1.38 tons guys (1380 kilos)... Can you imagine that?

A 1.5 liter engine on such a heavy car and it can get to 240 km/h... and i'm going to download the video soon... But mate, u got an excellent car with a powerful engine too, congs :)

@modyknight Yeah,Mivec does it works on the Lancer:) But Lancer 1.5 more expensive than a kia forte coupe,the kia can reach 210-215 km/h,i tried on a rental:D haha

this car has the 2lite engine in it and yes they rev quite nicely and in aus they have a 5 year unlimited km warranty! in my opinion best value for money car for under $25000 aus.

2008 models problems are gone this is a complete redesign basically.

It felt powerful once you are ALREADY going 10+ MPH. Thats the only thing I didnt like about it. PLEASE dont ruin the sound of the exhaust by putting some stupid 2Fast2Furious piece of shit muffler on it. They sound SEXY just as they are.

I still might buy one. The 2010 has the 173HP 2.4L (the one I drove). Can find on eBay for under $19k. Onlt incentive from dealer for 2010 is $400 college grad discount, and the dealers didnt know about it (Website)

Same here, it is great that Kia has come out with a really great car that can compete with the Corolla, Civic, and Sentra. The only thing I don't like about it is the front end...it seems like an almost direct ripoff of a Honda Civic.

@sexyboi142 The facelift for the civic ocurred well AFTER its initial concept came out in late 2004 or early 2005. If you search for civic concept art most of the results and articles are dating 2004/2005 and look exactly like the 8th gen civics.

Ok ur not understanding that the 8th gen civic was back In 2006....the forte koup has its own front facsia the new 2010 model civics look like the forte koup. When this car appeared at the showrooms the civic had been 1 year with its new design so Honda copied the design as a 2010 model civic

no red ring at the speedometer, so it is a EX variant with 15" rim. And it should be a manual because you can hear the driver playing with the gear lever.
