@TheSuicidalDragon im unsure what your meaning by direction, i thought a reverse gorilla press would be when the person getting pressed (or picked up) is basicly looking at the lights while getting pressed.
i dont think its possible to reverse the direction of travel in a gorilla press... the person gets picked up and then goes down.
imo the clip you have here, is a gorilla press into a spine buster combination.
@HardcoreTVgabber what SD is trying to tell you is the direction the slam went..A gorilla press slam would have you flipped on your back this one didn't..Its reverse cause of the direction..and when you said when someone is pressed up and looking at the lights thats inverted
@808TROY i get what your saying dude, but the move displayed is not a reversed anything ... a gorilla press is when someone gets pressed (pushed up) ... really, a gorilla press slam is any slam which would come after therefore their is no reverse... the only way to reverse would be to hold the person looking up .
the whole inverted / reversed thing is so overly complex, really the move is a gorilla press into a "slam" , nice and simple.
soz is i seem picky ... training is doin that to me lol
Remeber, kiddies: AJ Styles isn't just all about highspots and dives. He is powerful like a mofo.
Topic aside, I'm going to be hounded for this, but David Ortunga of the Nexus should have this move as his finisher instead of that generic Spinebuster he currently uses.
not what i expected lol, i guess i expected him to be held up by his backside instead of the normal position... wonder if the ever happens? inverted gorilla press? help me out somebody haha
Oh drat, and here I thought I'd finally made up a move that nobody had ever used...

That's absolutely sick!
A gorilla press into a chokeslam would be a great move. Have any examples of that, SD? Can't say I've ever seen it done.

@wcthesecret A usual Gorilla Press Slam ends with the receiver dropping onto their face, but in this clip, he dropped onto his back.

The direction of travel is the opposite of what a traditional Gorilla Press Slam would be.
