That is Walford Tyson, Duxie's brother. As I said, Misty started out as a band featuring 3 singers. The two Tyson brothers and Delbert McKay. Now it's down to one.
Check out the Live at Counter Eurovision album, all three sing on that album. That's like their first album right? The bassist is the original as well. I'm sure he ain't the only one.

This group is sooooo powerful, word, sound, and power - in effect. They should get more credit as a universal torch bearer of modern roots music, and definately get more live shows in the western hemisphere. They got my vote as the hardest roots group coming forward from the U.K. since Steel Pulse came forward with "True Democracy".
...let me reiterate, Misty In Roots comes forward from creation, like the Pulse comes forward from creation, and as InI witness this video, it is a living testament of the manifestation of scrolls unfolding, truths being revealed, Rasta conquering in low and High places, and showing the music world how true reggae music, as it has been, and is, and always will be, the King of Kings music, and how musical weaponry is sharper, and more powerful, then any most forces in the world.
