The yellow looks more like white. The green looks more like light blue

In my opinion the best 3 colours for advertising on led signs are Red, Green and Blue.

I do not understand when you said that it is illegal to have flashing Red Blue or Green and yet you have flashing Red, Flashing Blue and Flashing Green only not all at the same time. Sorry, but that makes no sense to me. How about do not flash them or just have one bright colour. It is only suppose to be a message easy to read.
