The Vikings may be 18th against the pass but thats because their opponents pass about 45-60 times a game. So i think the vikings can really get mcnabb in this game especially with jared allen rushing in. I pick the vikings 20-10

whoever said the eagles will stop the vikings run is so wrong. The 22nd run defense is not going to stop the NFL rushing champion. The only way I see the Eagles winning this game is if they get ahead early. If the vikings have to pass i don't like their chances. But i don't think it will come down to that i predict the vikings win 28-17

What are you talking about? The eagles have the 3rd best run defense in the NFL. The vikings are one dimensional, they have no passing game, Peterson doesn't have the ability as a receiver that Westbrook does. No Pat Williams. The Eagles have a huge advantage in the passing game. I see minnesota turning the ball over about 4 times today

The more I think about it, the more I like Minnesota to win. Not just by like 21-17, but more along the lines of 38-17. Here's why: Minnesota has lost to only 1 team with a losing record, Green Bay which was the first game of year. The only thing I give to the Eagles is their secondary is better. I think the Vikes have the edge everywhere else (including QB). The vikes are going to be playing press coverage making the DL get to the QB faster than he wants. Jackson could have a monster day!

If he is on his game rebounding from his injury, MN can shut down the run.

Tavarius is playing better, he's generally not going to attempt to make the gutsy throws, but when it comes down to the point in the game when he needs to, he will.

Shanicoe has really evolved as a player, and Berrian has finally emerged as the deep threat, unfortunately Tavarius still struggles to find the WR open deep when he's got someone underneath.

The only area the vikings have against the eagles is in their running game and run defense. Your right, Philadelphia's secondary is much better. If you think Jackson is going to have a "monster day" then you're an idiot. Also, McNabb has been here before and he's got Brian Westbrook who will eat up the vikings linebackers when he's in space. McNabb, Westbrook and the third ranked pass offense will take care of the vikings eighteenth ranked pass defense
