Elbow are awesome but DOVES are just the best. Down to earth and genius songwriters! They write songs they want to write, not for any hidden agenda to be top of the charts by ripping off old 90s dance songs from Spain... (right Chris Martin?)

I wouldn't even rate Snow Patrol...(cough the LiDL or Yellow Pack Version of Coldplay)

Any Doves album is their best! Personal Fav though...This one. Kingdom Of Rust is a joy to listen to, from start to finish...I don't skip a single song.

My favourite of their albums is Kingdom of Rust. It's the most consistently good album possibly I've ever heard. Not one dud track on it. I didn't know about this track though! It's cool... is it a b-side or a regional-only type track?

They don't have one best song IMO, they would have at least 6/7 belting tunes on each of their albums, they are just a really top notch band, so under-rated.

BTW, anyone have a copy of Black Circus of Prague by Doves they could post up, can't find it anywere to listen to ! i know its a b-side on Snowden but cant find that either.

it's hard to say as they are mainly from all their albums, like  the song Darker, the cedar room ( note the cedar room song is 7 minutes long but on youtube it's much shorter, here it comes, ambition is a true song, they have alot of mind blowing eps and sides, sea song, down to sea, the man who told everything etc the list goes on, enjoy!!
