The standard of police recruitment in the northern provinces is pretty low. I remember reading an article interviewing one of the local police chiefs over there and he was like we don't have police academies like in the capital, we just pick tough looking young men who will do what we tell them to.

What we need to do is write, call, email, show up at any political town hall and ask for laws that allow us to continue to record in public with out permission that includes the cops, mayor, city councilors.

If you watch carefully, you can see the timing of video is kind of strange. It jumped from 22:8:57 to 22:7:01, then from 7:26 to 9:58, and lots of details are lost. The only thing we can hear is the description from the police side. It's reasonable to believe that they are hiding something.
