Hello Chris, Very nicely done ! I have been teaching my students most of these moves and telling them about the importance of stability and core strength , specially if they want to improve more in whatever sport they are in. In martial arts, balance and core strength are very important and the person who do not develop it will not go far, no matter how many hundreds of moves/techniques he/she will learns!
Great tutorial ! You are helping a lot who do not know ! Thank you for your time !
Excellent presentation, explantion & execution!!! You should make this into a short DVD so all students can add this to there home training program/workout!! Keep up the par excellence work ethic!
Hello, like your content. But I do not understand English very well. I can only translate the writing that appears in your video. I wonder if it is possible to put a caption in Portuguese. I am part of Fight Academy of Taekwondo in Brazil ...
Very nice. as a martial artist of almost 3 years i've pretty much seen all these before, but not in this way, if that makes any sense. like, we do planks, but not ontop of push ups. stuff like that. i would also like to add on top of what you've done with the one leg squats. if you can find a buddy to kinda link arms with ya, and guide your squat. even a first timer can do one legged squats like this. going all the way down is the best way to go if you can. thank you, great vid! :)
Chris... I'm a fitness freak and I thought I had seen all kinds of exercise... BUT you showed me a few new ones. Plus, I love your transitions of editing, and, most of all, you have a kind, sincere energy! Great video! I can't wait to try them and give them to my students also! What about some advanced flexibility exercises? Hamstring and Groin? Again, GREAT JOB!
Glad you liked them! Feel free to share them with all your students. Im gonna be posting some flexibility videos really soon. So hopefully you can check those out and I'll have some advanced stretches to target those muscles.
it's always a pleasure to see how dedicated, focused and serious you and your school is when it comes to martial arts and training. I work in a large major fitness gym chain so i realize how important fitness is. you can have the best technique in the world, but if a person is out of shape, injury is possible so it's good to see you focus on that area also. keep up the good work, and please make a martial arts home movie with you and students so I can see some more of those devasting kicks!
This video made me realize I've been saying Doral wrong haha but other than that great video! The workout is good and very different from anything else I've seen. :]
Could you do a workout for people just starting to do regular exercise. I'm no sportsman and would like to get in shape so if you could do an easy beginners workout for building just general strength, flexibility and fitness then I think that would help a lot of people.
Yes definitely. We realized that this workout may be a little difficult for people who are just starting out. We'll be doing some basic workouts in the near future. =)
Thanks for watching, glad you found the video helpful :)
Yes most of what we did like writing the tips was to compensate for the wind. Next time were gonna film indoors or at least at a time where its less windy. Thanks for watching
Great, I thing this is a great video, and thanks for sharing your knowledge, i'm sure that it will help lot of martial art practicioners, now, i think this warm up exercise its great to improve strenght,. question, I also think that it will be great if you add some tips on streaching and how to accopplish splits....... well again thanks for sharing your knowledge and well done,,,, keep up the great work!
Great video! I need to work on my balance & conditioning & I feel this will be a great help. Thank you for all of your great work!

I appreciate you sharing th video with me. I still am not in TKD ( no money to do so) so this helps A LOT. It's actually a veyr helpful video.
some suggestions:
- when listing things why not talk and speak what is written.
- fix the wind thing( the wind in the background makes the video hard to head at least for me.
Again, Thank you very much. ^.^

Stabillity&core strenght aplied to the martial arts (TAEKWONDO).
Next time watch the wind, it can cause some problems to the audio!
