Lead by 'new age' tech journalists Amber MacArthur and the like, many of us old guys also believe the age of traditional newspapers, radio and even TV may soon be dead.
I loved the CityTV show, watching it as a podcast.
As a major network/station was involved I was like "wow, Toronto looks to be at the forefront of real new media stuff". I even started to look for work in Toronto!
And then they cancelled it and it all blew up.
Still, I love Webnation and don't miss the CityTV show too much because of it. Long live WebNation!

Why the fuck can Rogers not realize that having someone like Amber (in on the ground level, talking about tech), would be a positive thing? The only other person out there (as far as I am concerned) is Leo Laporte. No offense Leo, but Amber has nicer eyes.
An educated guess has Amber making waves (tsunami) on the 'net very soon. Amber is beautiful inside and out. She'll be fine.
She's smart that's why she's successful. Sure she's good looking but you can only go so far with looks.
