looks like radial fast blur + glow, to me with a wiggle expression on the text, very nice job too

Trapcode Shine in the background (without anything effect in the text, just motion blur enabled) and Trapcode Shine in the front of the composition in an adjustment layer. That's explains the color and how it looks.

Primero tienes que tener el programa y apartir de ahí comprender eso de los fotogramas claves, cuando hayas entendido como funcionan los fotogramas claves ya no se te va a dificultar hacer este tipo de diseños.

its not that hard he uses stock footage from Riot Gear and maybe a shine plug-in. (its expensive though so you need to find alternative means to obtain it.. unless you can buy it)

Yo tenía muchas páginas en mis marcadores, la mayoría en inglés y otras muy útiles en español.

Lo que te recomiendo es que busque es Google tutoriales de After Effects, hay muchísimos resultados, sigue los vínculos y encontrarás cientos de videotutoriales y tutoriales con imágenes, si tienes dudas busca en foros, la mayoría de las soluciones a los problemas que te podrían surgir ya están en la red.

i knoe this is probably a basic question , but how do u do the word shake effect, in after effects?

OMG ^_^ I am bad in english.

First make a keyframe and move the text, later the next keyframe and move the text to other direction and continuosly frame per frame. I know that exist other form for shake the text but i don't remember it.

there is a command called wiggle, use it like wiggle(5,25) 5 meaning times per second and 25 means how far it wiggles (in pixels I think) dont know for shure tho! just alt click on the stopwatch of the position and type wiggle(value,value) replacing the value with a number of course :P

cool! only the zoom into "the" at the end is kinda unnecessary imo, maybe you could end it with a film burn effect you know? like the way a film in a projector burns from a center point. love the texture though and the way you have the fluid anima. nice one! :)
