@noxiweed: you cant lift as much weight with 1 arm, so no.

Very dangerous if the weights are too heavy, your biceps might contract painfully and you'll drop them.

Support your head and you'll lift more weight. Makes no sense to have your head hanging out there like this.

@mrdiko hey man for example: i only have 1 dumbbell. Are the results the same if i do this with the dumbel in one arm and then the other?

Do we have to be on a ball, cant we just be on the bed and legs on floor and doing it?
