  • my neck hurt when i do this, you need to rest your head.... its more comfortable..

  • @noxiweed: you cant lift as much weight with 1 arm, so no.

  • Very dangerous if the weights are too heavy, your biceps might contract painfully and you'll drop them.

  • Support your head and you'll lift more weight. Makes no sense to have your head hanging out there like this.

  • @mrdiko hey man for example: i only have 1 dumbbell. Are the results the same if i do this with the dumbel in one arm and then the other?

  • Do we have to be on a ball, cant we just be on the bed and legs on floor and doing it?

  • @zzm47891 that's the point of the exercise, balancing on the ball helps to train muscles
