@Trinilicia The patient in the video has finished her family and did not news to breast feed again. There are uplift techniques which preserve the ability to breast feed.

@Moeggggggggggggggggg It's a small, hard piece of body tissue that formed posteriorly in response to the insertion of the implants. It's just one of the ways the body can react to foreign objects being placed inside it.
Will one be able to breast feed after this surgery? Where can I see her post op photos?
