My mother died because of these crazy people, that abused her and limited the foods because she was sick and couldn't work. I lost my mom and two sisters and many other relatives. I am so angry, because so many painful memory and my blood is just boiled. I hope all of Khmer people learn from this tragedy and help to educated our young children to overcome this non-sense communist ideas.
I am not surprised...It is a sad movie. But it is also a true story for all of the Khmer people during 1975 - 1979 when Pol Pot took over - (under the Chinese Communist.) Those of us that were born before 1980, we had to go through HELL during the Khmer Rouge regime. We faced abused from those Khmer Rouge dressed in black everyday. The worst and most fierce are the Khmer rouge that have heavy accent. They the one that kill some of my family members. It brings back many painful memory for me.
