  • Shes a misandrist. What feminists dont realise is by not allowing the man to be masculine or a leader, hes gonna lose out and be weaker than other men when it comes to women, making money etc.

  • Feminism is still needed. Future parents in England are aborting girls, could somebody tell me.

  • @Exsugarbabe1 I see, so aborting girls is wrong. And aborting 300,000 fetuses regardless of gender is right? Femenism made abortion on demand acceptable. They only care about abortion when females are aborted. What about aborting disabled fetuses? You people are such hypocrites. Women have used abortion so irresponsibly that it never would have been legalised had people known what was going to happen.

  • @edmund184 When abortion is illegal backstreet abortions happen. If a baby will be born just to be sick or in pain an abortion is kinder than trying to keep them alive, if the mother is a serious addict the baby will be born sick, the baby may be bought up by the state. Maybe telling people what sex their baby will be should be illegal. Maybe we should value girls as much as boys then this wouldn't cross their minds.

  • @Exsugarbabe1

The only cultures that don't value female children are China and India, both of whom are suffering now due to a surplus of young men unable to find wives. In the West, people are aborting male and female babies, because they would rather have the other sex, which is disgusting.

  • @Sambucca From what I've read abortions of females is a problem in England. I was surprised!

  • @Exsugarbabe1

No it's not exclusive to female babies. This is an extension of the "designer baby" culture that is being created by bio-genetic engineering. The mother finds out her baby is a male and since she already has 3 boys at home, decides to have an abortion in the hope that the next baby she has will be a girl. It works both ways.

  • @edmund184 When it comes to disabled foetuses I agree that is a tricky point. How disabled does a baby have to be before you judge a life is worth living. Maybe these people are putting this new life before themselves.People aborting girls will have normal healthy babies and 500 quid in the bank!

  • I honestly think men have more reason to be angry, women have so much privelage its unreal. Also women who want to be equal to men need to know that no man is equal to another man, so which man do you want to be equal to?

  • Do women have the right to be angry? of course they do!

Do women have cause to be angry? for the most part no

Against whom should their anger be directed?... Now that is the true question.

Feminists like Germaine Greer are guilty of propigating emotional hyperbole as fact and make sweeping & generalised accusations against the opposite sex. Accusations which men take at face value and feel resentment towards. Consequently, the F-word IS a bad word. Why should be listen to you?

  • Greer is a pedo lusting after young boys. Why give this perverted shrew any credibility? Seriously?

  • You can't be truly for equality and then campaign on behalf of the special interest of one gender.

90% of people in homeless shelters are male, 95% of people who die in wars are male, 98% of people who die at work are male!

You see, it becomes a lot more clear when people aren't biased like Greer.

I myself prefer equality campaigns to Feminism, as Feminism has nothing to do with equality. It stereotypes both men and women in a way almost as bad as misogynists do.

  • There is another side. Baby girls are killed or have sex change operations in India, women put up with domestic violence and let men get away with it, when these women get the courage to leave they have to rip their children from their homes to shelters. Yes more men are homeless but women suffer an awful lot.

  • @Exsugarbabe1 women are more likely to suffer domestic violence if their in a relationship with a woman than a man.

  • "The hole woman.. seminal work" LOL!

  • At last a women that is not brainwashed by our society! Germaine Greer if only I was surrounded by women like you! British Culture is a disgrace to women and motherhood. I never want my little girl to go through all the trash I have had to endure over the years by men. Family values are lost and our children are suffering. Women stop making excuses for men and start fighting back verbally if not for you for your little girl's future. Adult sites and the Sun paper degrade women & destroy children

  • Women do not seem to get angry they just accept the way men are and I find this an insult to Motherhood. How can we allow our little girls to go through the same rubbish we went through. I asked a man why do men treat women so badly. He replied because we let them! Men are control freaks that will trash any women that fights back. They have stopped me trading and do not give a damn about my little girl. My little girl deserves to grow up and be treated like a princess and not a slab of meat!

  • @ButterflyLullabyLtd Lol so you're going to treat your girl like a princess? Lol then she will grow up and expect her boyfriends to treat her like a princess, which goes against equal rights. We hate women because of feminism.

  • Ha ha it is just a manor of speech. When I say I want my little girl to be treated like a Princess I mean I want her to meet someone that that does not cheat on her and respects her as a human being. I am proud to be a stay at home Mum because that is what my little girl wants and it makes me feel wanted. However, I do need to earn money as sadly some men can let you down in life and that is why we have feminism.

  • @ButterflyLullabyLtd You are lucky you can be a stay at home mum! I love working but the choice would be great. I was with a man with awful addictions, thank goodness I got out. I spent a lot of time lonely to work out what I wanted, I am very fussy about men and tell my daughter to be the same. There is no shame in knowing your a princess and waiting for your prince. If your prince doesn't come single is fine too!

  • Firstly I am sorry to hear about your bad luck with men, but glad you are teaching your daughter well. I have quit my part time job because of health reasons and my daughter and I are FIGHTING FOR OUR CHILDREN'S AND MOTHERS HUMAN RIGHTS!

  • She is not in school this week as a protest. As far as I am concerned I want to sack every single man in Government and on the Internet for not protecting Mothers and Children's family values.

  • If you want to fight with me you are most welcome. See Butterfly Lullaby Cyber Bullying and Butterfly Lullaby Damp. Men are brainwashed to treat us badly. And until women fight back and say no to adult trash on the Internet and all over our TV and media they will continue to hurt us, and worse than that our children will grow up never being respected by men. So are you willing to let that happen?

  • @ButterflyLullabyLtd what about mens human rights as well? Feminazi bitch..go fuck yourself.

  • @ButterflyLullabyLtd I agree. My daughter hates the "Most beautiful teen" competition on line, look at the photos ant the look like porn stars. Single mums are everyone's favourite scape goat and children are spoken about as if they were rats and sold endless rubbish they don't need, then we wonder why they go and riot!

  • does anyone know if the "whole woman" is worth reading as i am a 20 year old insane male who has extreme problems with females

  • She has lost weight. is it?

  • She made a good living from this clap trap she doesn’t believe herself.

  • absolutely non-sensical. My issue with this interview is that he general population will miss the crux of this pseudo-argument which reveals the depravity of her intellect and sociological compreshension that defines her perspective. Her references are all anecdotal and are 'feelings' based....

  • Please tell me this women never had children!

  • 10:00ff - I DO think it's mothers. Sadly.

  • I'm torn. I've just watched a number of videos where this woman makes sweeping statements that simply have no place in a logical discussion/debate. But here she is, saying some things that make some good sense, and still other things that are purely subjective and opinion based. Some of the things she says just click for me, and I'm a 25-year-old heterosexual white male. But some of the things she attributes to men as a group, I know the men in my generation have no connection with.

  • How ridiculous an assumption to make: straight men want women to look like boys? This is bullshit. Ask any straight man off the street and he will tell you how he loves a woman with a big ass and hips. It is the GAY men controlling the fashion industry who have contributed to this stylized, stick-thin androgeonous image that young girls aspire to now. Normal men just want a woman to be healthy and toned.

  • @Sambucca That's a neat argument. All the evidence for the model female body becoming increasingly hard and thin over the years you chalk up to homosexuality. A grain of truth perhaps but culture is more porous than that. Just look at straight pornography every ten years going back a century and you will see there is something to what she says. I'm not on board with her whole thesis but she's a polemicist. She exaggerates her point. At least she speaks articulately and with precision.

  • @Sambucca @Sambucca I don't think you can blame the stick figure ideal on homosexuals in the fashion industry. I always assumed stick thin models were used because it is easier to make standard sample sizes fit. Size 12 women have different kinds of curves - some have bigger hips, some larger thighs etc. A bunch of skeletons is a lot easier to dress.

  • @dumbledorist

Gay men don't want women to look like women. Women in fashion have bodies like boys and I imagine it is influenced to a degree by the stylistic constraints created by gay fashion designers, who by the way have also influenced the portrayal of men in fashion now as hairless, baby faced waifs.

  • @Sambucca I think women want to look like the crazy underweight with tits figure but men are just grateful for a warm body next to them! Really dumb immature men think they want a stick with fake tits but when they grow up they will like natural women. The problem is we can go through painful, risky expensive surgery to look like an ideal that is not possible naturally This does men or women no favours. I have to tell my daughter she is fine everyday. That is wrong.

  • She said " women should not look like boys, which is not good and easy for them". She said "the society expects a women body to be like boys but few part of her body like breast to be like a woman (that is also for sexual attraction)" .. and she said "they ll end up all looking the same".

She said this: The proliferation of images end up in having beautiful girls to be all like this, and this is not good. The concern of the media, and who wants this.

  • And she said " men are resisting what media enforces them which is a very good sign, but this is not the case for women. "

  • @shahilagh

I can understand what she said perfectly without you transcribing it to me, thanks very much.

  • The boook "the Whole Woman was written in the previous decade..

  • @Sambucca a big ass+big hips = healthy and toned??? Q_Q

  • @MsIthinkthereforeIam

You can be curvaceous and toned without being overweight. Nobody finds rolls of blubber attractive. Is J-Lo fat? Rhianna? No, but the both have a big ass.

  • @Sambucca Compared to the average English size 16 Jo Lo and Rhianna are not remotely fat. Adel has a beautiful voice and lots of people can go on about is her size. She is the size of the average woman in England, that's sad.

  • to answer the title is cause men are still spending a small percentage of their wage on themselves and nt givin 100% to their wife

  • @gotrawmilk Feminism has enslaved women to the state. Women's 'independence' is funded by the taxpayer and managed by the government. When women depended on a man they had a say in what they wanted for themselves and their children. Now they are at the mercy of the state's policy on women and children.

Let's be clear this is slavery. Women are selling everyone's freedom, including their own, to the state for their own unrealistic and egotistical fantasy that they don't need men.

  • @djw11111 oh my god you are mental

  • @almanacofsleep why try to argue when you can call the other guy mental, eh?

  • @djw11111 In what sense do you mean when you say women not needing men is a fantasy?

  • @cucumbermoisturecrem I mean that women need men in order to have as high a quality of life as they do. This can easily be seen by the fact that Socialism/Feminism imposes a net flow of money from men to women. This enslaves men to the government and makes women dependent on the government rather than men. Women think they don't need men because the government now takes care of them.

Obviously I don't mean all men or all women. But this is the general state of the situation in the Western world.

  • @djw11111 I have more questions: Which country are you living in? You mean because men are more likely to be employed/ have higher status and higher higher paid jobs than women? Do you think the cause of the situation you described is biological?

  • @cucumbermoisturecrem Yes and yes. Do you not agree?

  • @djw11111 Yes and yes to an extent. Although one could divide the population up in a number of ways and find disparities, why is it so important to define individuals by their gender?

  • @cucumbermoisturecrem It isn't necessarily important to divide populations by gender. I am commenting on feminism which takes a view on this division. I think it is important that people understand the destructive nature of this movement.

  • @djw11111 Lots of families are slaves of manipulative partners who use violence everyday. At least the state means people can get out. Women who think they need a man put up with horrible relationships. We need good men, not just any man. If I have to pay for people to bring up their children in peace that has to be a good thing.

  • @Exsugarbabe1 And the justice system is equipped to deal with anyone who assaults another (not severely enough but that's another topic).

The state should not intervene in personal relationships unless someone actually commits a crime. It really is no one else's business how two people arrange their lives together.

I don't want to stop you from funding others' mistakes but I don't see why I should be forced to.

  • @djw11111 Feminism is not sustainable for Western civilization. Plain and Simple.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 Can you explain yourself further?

  • I love this woman and I find it sad that the world she hoped for never came to pass.

  • @JoachimderZweite indeed, this has got to be one of the best interviews she's done, she's so articulate and makes so much sense here

  • bazooka-tits hahaha so true.

  • Capitalism is cruel to all women, all children, most men.

    Totally agree.

  • What an intelligent woman. Thank you Germaine.

  • did she just say men don't like 'fat ASS'

  • fuck he's stupid

  • I'm angry that feminists like this women, destroyed the future for young women like me. I hope every last feminist dies a slow and painful death and burns in hell for eternity. Feminism = breakdown of the family unit.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 WTF - have you got mommy issues? How did feminists destory your future?

    Either you're a feminist or a masochist

  • @gotrawmilk Feminism is just another branch of cultural marxism.. have you read karl marxs communist manifesto? feminism didn't liberate women it enslaved them just like it was designed to do..

  • @KumarZimmerman08 Feminism didn't really exist in political activism when Marx wrote that. What does feminism enslave women to? Leadership roles? Equal pay? Abortion rights? Owning land? Voting? Feminism has extended the rights of women to give them the same rights as men. I don't see how that is enslaving anyone.

  • @gotrawmilk Feminism and political correctness are cultural Marxism re branded.

By the time we put away the equality measuring tape we will have big government in every aspect of our lives.

All the fundamentals of western civilization have to be destroyed for communism to work! white women dont have kids anymore there to busy have "careers" and pretending they are oppressed. Christianity is mocked day in and out and our nations are being destroyed by immigration. COMMUNIST WINNING!

  • @KumarZimmerman08 I'd argue that you have a lot to thank feminists for.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 The family unit is a dying cliché.

  • @Alexdurrant7 "A cliche?" Yeah i mean its only the pillar of civilisation.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 Destroyed the future? You mean enabled you do choose a career?

  • @dumbledorist Yes. Women don't have a choice now. Feminist made women look at men as oppressors and children and marriage as bondage. Women if they bother having children hand them over to day care why they go back to work. They no longer have the option to be a wife and mother. They are under more pressure then ever before.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 Can't the family unit just look different! Can't kids pick up their own clothes, can't men work fewer hours, can't grandfathers step in when a father goes off the rails, can't grandmothers step in. The family unit is very small and claustrophobic anyway it needed to change anyway! Can't say we've got it right. Why should talented women with lots to give to the world be stuck at home cooking! If you want to stay at home to look after the kids do that but the reality is boring.

  • @exsugarbabe Do you know what Cultural Marxism does? It destroy the pillars of Western Civilization. Women don't even have the choice to be stay at home mothers now. Feminism has destroyed the family. "Destroy The Family and you destroy the society- Lenin". Look at Europeans, all over the world in every country they have a below replacement birthrate and if things don't change they very well could go extinct.

  • @exsugarbabe The family can change and look different. People are living longer, grandparents need to step in so women can work. We need to stop telling children they are likely to be criminals just because they don't have a father, what about male friends, teachers and youth workers? Have you read about Lesbian couples bringing up boys and getting good results? It goes to show families don't have to be an ideal from the 50's! Explain how anything I've said is Marxist.

  • Respond to this video... The family can change and look different.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 When it comes to looks how can you disagree with her! I'm a single mum who loves to swim in the sea but I get unwanted attention when I'm with my children because I've got a figure and I'm not with a man! I want the right to be left alone. If men and women were free we would get along lots better. I'm very proud my daughter wants to be a mechanic and goes skateboarding because she's happy doing it! It doesn't stop her being a good mum in the future. What is ur problem!

  • @exsugarbabe I don't like people who support destructive ideologies that have their roots in Marxism.

  • @KumarZimmerman08 germaine is telling you that you can't have a family? wha? how?

  • Check out manwomanmyth and avoiceformen. Google them everyone!

  • germaine greer was only married for a few weeks and had sex with seven men during that time. She also wrote about wanting to fuck little boys.

  • @kinggilgamesh76

Yes, kinglymash, you need to provide a reference for your claim.

    .

    Otherwise; hearsay !

    .

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy.

  • @kinggilgamesh76 Ok, I can't verify the seven times part, but here's a snippet from wikipedia:

"The same year, in London, she married Australian journalist Paul du Feu, but the marriage lasted only three weeks, during which, as she later admitted, Greer was unfaithful several times.[12] The marriage ended in divorce in 1973"

  • @kinggilgamesh76 Here's another excerpt from here wikipedia article

In 2003, The Beautiful Boy was published, an art history book about the beauty of teenage boys, which is illustrated with 200 photographs of what The Guardian called "succulent teenage male beauty".[30] Greer described the book as an attempt to address modern women's apparent indifference to the teenage boy as a sexual object and to "advance women's reclamation of their capacity for, and right to, visual pleasure"

  • @uncleady1 Well, firstly, I think you've mistaken me for Germaine's agent, because I can't speak on her behalf! And secondly, you seem very angry at me for some reason, when you know absolutely nothing about me.

  • i think what shes saying about plastic surgery isnt true.

I think the whole womans shape is just fashion and a trend, it changes every 10-20 years.

ie. marylin monroe was the idol in the 60's, that hour glass shape then its size zero and its just now starting to turn back into curvy women the ideal again.

plus thats just what the MEDIA deem as the ideal of beauty, most women im SURE do not want a woman with no hips n massive boobs, they WANT all different types.

  • @SuperYellow1989 Why can't we all be healthy and natural? We can't change our basic shape without more work than most of us are willing to put in. I think now plastic surgery is popular we needn't grow up and like what we have. Pair this up with a crazy celebrity obsession and we are caring about looks way too much. Porn and airbrushing doesn't help, young girls wear so much make up they look like dolls! Then they can save up for boobs like Barbie!!

  • @uncleady Maybe one of these comments you also come clean about who or what you really are? Because I am a bit confused here. One moment you imply you are a western male, next you imply the fight for muslim women's rights you will do "on your own", without western women's support. Your bio claims you live in Thailand, yet you seem to be consumed with a fear of Europe islamifying. You claim to care all that much about women's rights and to be a "new age"man yet sound like a typical chauvinist.

  • @uncleady1 Btw muslim is not a race but you thinking it is, sure as hell DOES make you a racist. And yes, as far as I am concerned, clearly I don't need people in "my"corner who are only "lending" their support the way they claim to temporarily "lend"their support to the catholic church, just until they beat down islam in Europe.

You forgot lying hypocrite in that finally more accurate picture you painted of yourself there.

  • @uncleady1 Oh look! a remark about a woman "nagging" because she doesn't shut up when you tell her to on a public forum. Would that be you showing your deep concern about women's rights again then?

And now you add playing the poor victim to it? Talk about cowards! Really dear, if you can't stand the fire, stay out of the kitchen.

  • @uncleady1 And dear, before I forget. May I congratulate you on the impressively courageous way you speak up for muslim women's rights. The brave videos you uploaded on your channel in the past 2 years. Impressive courage there!

Yeah, you are definitely not a "coward" like Germaine Greer and you handle the threads of violence emailed to you, knowing they know your face and where you work, way better than she does. /s

  • @uncleady1 And yet again you attempt to project some kind of male antagonistic view on me. The funniest thing in all this is...not only did you never understand a word I posted.( because I did answer you) It is abundantly clear you never even watched this video did you?

  • @uncleady1 And btw I am not any "movement". I am an individual who took issue with some dim male coming on here spouting instructions on what cause which woman has to speak out on.

  • @uncleady1 But had you ever taken the trouble to as much as attempt to find out who I am at least a little, instead of projecting a whole personality of your own imagination on me, you would have found some pretty good clues to indicate I am nothing like what you project on me.

Seriously hon, you are not going to get the last word in here plus you are in over your head. If you had any sense at all, you'd move your campaign to a more appropriate video. :)

  • @uncleady1 And you actually didn't understand a single comment I posted did you? Or maybe you just didn't even bother to read them. Nowhere did I state it is not okay to attack islamic culture. In fact, I actually stated I'd like to see all humans be free from all "laws" based on all religious superstition.

The only thing I did was point out where you are being a hypocrite. I never even mentioned where I personally stand on the subject of islam and muslim law or muslim women's rights.

  • @uncleady1 Dude, like I said before, you are in way over your head. Give it up already. :)

You don't understand my point about your supposed "new age" view and all you know of Germaine Greer's point on female circumcision and the West's attitude is a misquote, not even that actually, more like a simplification of what she actually said. You are in no position to discuss her point because you don't know her point and most likely wouldn't understand it even if you heard it..

  • @uncleady1 ROFLMAO oh dear me. I bet you actually are completely oblivious to what that entire comment says about you as a man and your supposed "new age"attitude towards women and their rights.

I bet you really think you "had no point" with that "story".

    Hilarious!

  • @uncleady1 And that fake "peace" of yours, another bit of hypocrisy.

  • @uncleady1 And another thing you totally fail to grasp is that you don't know shit about me or my life and therefor have no idea when and about what I have and will speak up about. And that is mostly because you don't even do the minimum to find out.

For the last time DUDE..Stop trying to tell this woman what to do or say.

  • @uncleady1 dude, what does it take for you to get it through your head that my gripe is with you trying to tell other people what to say and when and about what cause. Especially so since you are a man doing that to women while in the same breath claiming to be pro women's rights. And you would like to shut up muslims while in the same breath claiming to be pro free speech. The word you keep having that ( Freudian) trouble with is "hypocrite" and it is you to whom it applies most.

  • @uncleady1 From your other comments it is clear you simply hate muslims and your pretense to care about muslim women's rights is only as a stick to "fight" muslims in general.

  • @uncleady1 Dude, you should stick to your own level of understanding and stay away from Greer. She is way above your head. And you are hilarious with your little attempt to criticize my forgetting an apostrophe, considering you can't even spell "hypocrite" even if you are one yourself.

I didn't see your comments in the right order but this attempt to yet again, as a male, tell women what to say and about which subject to speak while pretending to fight for "women's rights".

  • @uncleady1 And really dude, YOU are the only hypocrite here with your little speech about believing in free speech and equal rights and then ending it with that false "peace".

Unlike you, I checked out your channel and saw your other comments and you by no means believe in any of the three.

  • @uncleady1 Well, that IS what you claimed. And don't kid yourself honey...you ain't no "new age man" or you A;:wouldn't have used that line about "Christ, we couldn't shut you up for decades and now all we can hear is tumbleweed"

And B: tried to tell, as a guy no less, a couple of women what they should do and speak about. And most certainly you would have gotten the latter from my first comment. I highly doubt even this second time around, you understand my point.

  • @uncleady1 And how about gay rights of western gays? Do you do a lot of fighting for that? Or are you too busy fighting the muslims by posting on Youtube. And I see you claim to be from Thailand? How about the Chinese dissidents? Do you do a lot of speaking up on their behalf?

  • @uncleady1 Unfortunately I suspect that you actually meant another word than what you typed. ;)

So tell me dude, and I guess you are a dude since you earlier claimed you tried for centuries to shut us western women up, how long did you fight for my rights as a western woman? March a lot alongside the feminists during the seventies did you? Or maybe you spoke up a lot for Irish women's right to abortion???

You are a riot and quite lacking in both reading and listening ability.

  • Comment removed

  • @uncleady1 Dude, how's about you listen to the interview and then get back to me on what Germaine Greer says or doesn't say. And how's about you stop projecting a whole set of opinions/actions on me based on my criticizing your desire to force Greer( and me) to be a mouthpiece for your favorite issues. You really are just another little caveman trying to force women into a role designed by you. And by the sound of it,getting quite bothered when we refuse our words to be dictated, literally.

  • @uncleady1 Perhaps she can make up her own mind on what she wants to talk about? To suggest Germaine Greer is scared to speak her mind is just hilarious.

  • Great interview! Its so nice to watch an interview were the guest is asked intelligent, well thought out questions. Very interesting!

  • Wonderful. She is a shimmering intellectual.
