  • Hey! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many incredible things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

  • its much better, to jump as high as you can when you go back up. it works your legs alot more and actually makes you able to jump higher which is never a bad thing lol

  • Another intermediate-beginner version is doing a "cobra" pose at the end instead of a push-up. So, jump in air with arms up, land and thrust leg back and go into cobra pose.

    In regards to burpees, they are a killer exercise. Nothing gets your HR up like burpees and you are getting a total body workout with the exercise. Plus, it gets your metabolism up and it helps to burn fat.

    If you can, get an interval timer. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds, and take a 30 second break. Then just keep switching off from 30 on to 30 off until you have done 100 total.

  • i've only ever done the advanced version but when you put your hands up you put in a jump. i hate doing them but they are good for you!

  • So I do these for one min/10 burpees and that is it for the day? Or can do more of them with some pause in between sets so that my heart rate slows down a bit?

  • well, if you can do more you can. you should probally get about 20 to 60 seconds in between sets depending on your fitness level.

  • Absoutely! not only have I lost the fats around my waist-hips-tighs that I wasn't loosing from my previous routines but it has also help me to gain inner core strength -a must if you want to progress to your next level of fitness

I just wish I had a personal trainer to come wake my ass up and kick me out of bed 6 am every morning and force me to work out till I collapse and then he/she could keep track of my progression and what I need to step up. 6am work out, done and on with ur day. get the worst part done with ya know? ;)

  • I like this video! My volleyball coach would have us do the advanced one without the push up. ( Both legs go back at the same time). We called them Crickets! They are a very good exercise and get tiring fast lol. Just be sure not to eat too much before you do this exercise! Thanks for the video and nice push up!

  • It's a beginner exercise, you'll burn more if it's difficult. If it's too easy, then do the the first move.

  • well diethealth is right if its too easy move to the advanced version. also you have to keep moving can't take any breathers in between reps. another thing you can try is increasing the reps or decreasing the time between sets.
