I sometimes join a knife server, lay all my rdx spreaded out evenly among the knife battlefield, detonate, get 5+ kills to get combat pin, then proceed to leave before they kick vote you as you get to keep your pin. If they kick you with a vote, all points you gain that round are null. Fun if you feel like getting a quick reward.
