Every cable provider was trying to compete with SNICK, and they couldn't. Cartoon Network beat them probably. Or Disney channel. Cartoon Cartoon Fridays is like SNICK, but only on Fridays. Keenan and Kel was a later nick show. they spun off of All That. if you were 10 years older, you would remember shows like Nick Arcade, You Can't Do That On Television, What Would You Do, and Wild And Crazy Kids. and i don't remember tyheena(spelling?).
I've actually heard of Wild and Crazy Kids before and What Would You Do. It's Taina. The All That show (original) was great, but when they tried to renew the show, it didn't have that quality like it did years before.

Because TV networks are cruel. That's what they do and they take older shows away to bring some new ones. It's their job to change so much around and make 90's lovers miserable! All they want is change.

It's nothing to do with just being black. But Nickelodeon had really good shows of many races. Remember "The Brothers Garcia"? that was a well, tuned-in hispanic show. I liked it. Kenan and Kel was a very good powerful show, because Nickelodeon now, doesn't really have those. They had Romeo and Just Jordan, but those shows are NOTHING compared to Kenan and Kel. Even Taina was a well respected hispanic show. So no. It's not just about "Blacks". Nothing to do with race. Watch the video again.

There is currently 2 television channels that are playing old nick cartoon shows and old gameshows,but you have to have satelite or digital cabling. I'm not sure if they still have it, but on turbo nick they had old episodes of the amanda show, nick cannon, invader zim, and others.

Keenan and Kel was a later nick show. they spun off of All That. if you were 10 years older, you would remember shows like Nick Arcade, You Can't Do That On Television, What Would You Do, and Wild And Crazy Kids. and i don't remember tyheena(spelling?).

I've actually heard of Wild and Crazy Kids before and What Would You Do. It's Taina. The All That show (original) was great, but when they tried to renew the show, it didn't have that quality like it did years before.

Like omg, I was born in the early 90's but I remember ALL of these shows! Nickelodeon was the Disney Channel back then. The shows were so good and now it's all crap and cheesy. Aww, I wish I can go back to the 90's.

yeah i totally agree...personally i think that they should make a channel just for those shows and just rerun them or if they don't want an entire channel then have like a marathon or something...but yeah i think that rugrats(the orginal of course) is the only show left. Oh and you are a very good singer.

It's kinda like TV land channel. Without that channel, those shows that are on there now wouldn't be shown at all.
Nicktoons had some old cartoons Like Rocko's Modern Life, but that dissappeared

yeah were a dying breed snick used to be the bomb but now its just over commercialized pre-teen plushness,and thats not what we were when we were younger,even the cartoons on nick here pretty mature,Doug for example but now that channel became dead to me when they gave brittney spears little sister a show

i agree 100% with everything you have said, i remember back in the day when i would sit on the couch and just watch Nick all day loong!! my favorites where Alan strange, legends of the hidden temple, ren and stimpy (ya when they where still legal lol) definantly are you afraid of the dark, and Doug. Overall that was the best time period of my life, i still listen to all those hit songs too back in those times :)

Because TV networks are cruel. That's what they do and they take older shows away to bring some new ones. It's their job to change so much around and make 90's lovers miserable! All they want is change.

It's nothing to do with just being black. But Nickelodeon had really good shows of many races. Remember "The Brothers Garcia"? that was a well, tuned-in hispanic show. I liked it. Kenan and Kel was a very good powerful show, because Nickelodeon now, doesn't really have those. They had Romeo and Just Jordan, but those shows are NOTHING compared to Kenan and Kel. Even Taina was a well respected hispanic show. So no. It's not just about "Blacks". Nothing to do with race. Watch the video again.

There is currently 2 television channels that are playing old nick cartoon shows and old gameshows,but you have to have satelite or digital cabling. I'm not sure if they still have it, but on turbo nick they had old episodes of the amanda show, nick cannon, invader zim, and others.
