Punchline rappers are what you would consider Gambino and Wayne.

Poetic Rappers are what you would consider Drake and Wale.

Most rappers don't just stick to one style and they have songs that are in both categories. The overall point is it's hard to debate what rappers are better than others because they all have different styles, it's all a matter of opinion. What one person might not like, others do.
