Phantom sailing tack and gybe

i am a beginner sailor, and i have now completely mastered tacking

now, i am working on my gybing.

even though i have got better, i still capsize once in 3 times.

so is it a good idea to gybe while reach beaming in fast speed?

can you give me some tips for gybing please?

@honkonapple when you gybe you wanna have speed so you can turn quickly, you always need good speed to turn, but in order to avoid the boom slamming over to the other side you sheet in the main and slowly let it out after you gybe. hope that helps!
