Kirk Lorange here ... nice graphics janschro, gald the tune inspired you! jim, it's Tamborine, no 'u'. It's an aboriginal word meaning 'small hand held drum with bells attached'. ;-)
G'day Kirk I bought your No Apostrophe album in 1983 , absolutely loved it .I heard "come a long way" on the radio ,while working in my garage , I remember scrambling around looking for something to write down the name of the song with ,all I remembered was "a long way" and no Artist name . It took a week of bothering my local record shop owner ,who eventually came through and found the record.
25 years later I'm enjoying sharing my old favorites on YouTube.
@planetalk Kirk, its Chris Nable , i played drums on the " Mojo Masters tour" back in , what year was it , 97 ?? A few gigs in between my friend.
I,m still here in Argentina , recording and touring. Really , what i wanted to say was that , that track " Storm A comin" still gets me swingin , awsome track.
When i get back to Aus in the next few years , i,ll be wanting to Jam on , amigo.
Grew up with this. timeless

i mean absolutely no disrespect (quite the opposite), but a lot of these tones and grooves remind me of Lowell George (R.I.P). He left too soon :(
I love this album. Good to see it's out again on C.D. Thanks for uploading!

He made a marvellous album entitled 'No apostrophe', by the way!

I see Kirk still can't afford an apostrophe!
Incidentally, he's back in Australia and living at Mount Tambourine.
