@BlessedByDeath3 Mp3 is an audio encoding format, MIDI is not. You can't convert Mp3 to MIDI because an Mp3 contains audio and MIDI contains commands and digital information, no audio. It'd be like trying to convert Windows 7 to a .Wav file haha =D

you can download guitarpro or powertab and go to ultimate-guitar DOTcom and get the files that you want.
