Anyway....I would love the chance to meet Jamie - this guy really changed the way I cook, but not how I look at food. I was already there all my life. I applaud him to change the views of the general public.

Years agi I could burn water and did. Then I saw this young kid on the food network, Jamie Something-or-Other....and I kept watching. I bought cookbook of his....tried a few simple recipes. Over about 7 years I have advanced to the point that I have close to 40 recipes of his memorized and cook regularily for my family. Haven't went out to dinner in years...no point anymore, really. And I grew up on a farm that respected it's livestock.
