lol all he does from 1:08 until 1:22 is 1 x 7 and 3 x 7. but its actually 10 without the 3 so its 10 x 7. so 10 x 7 = 70 + 3 x 7 =21 = 91.

This reminds me of a con man's change raising trick to get you to give back more money by throwing off the count. When he multiplies 7x13 and comes up with 28, he is multiplying 7x the three to get 21 and then adding the 7 to get 28. What he should have done is multiply 7x the 3 in 13 to get 21 and then multiple 7x the ten in 13 which gives you 70. 70+21=91 which is the correct answer. He treated the 10 in 13 like a 1 and then added that to 21 (7x3) and came up with 28 which is incorrect.
