My amigo, you've done all the exact same things that I've done/want to do to my '04 f150. =]

R u gonna lower it? I lowered mine 3/5. Sits right above the tires.

The only things I suggest r lowering it, and get the turn signals up front to match the color of the halos and LEDs, butt other than that, Nice truck. [And I usually don't care for the looks of Dodge Rams]

Dude you and your brother have some nice trucks. Word of advice though, you shouldn't turn on the HID lights while the truck isn't on. It wears out the ballasts a lot and they will eventually fry and not work. Nice, clean truck though

Hey man, I have all these things on my Ram as well, Do you have HID's on your headlights as well as fog lights? I tried that but my truck wouldn't allow it. Do I need some sort of relay kit for the fog lights as well??

@badgerlover89 exactly what u have to get an do all right... u have the chrome Halo projection lights, the lid with ballests.. do u need sepret one for the fog lamps? the led turn signal bulbs -the equalizer and finally the Spec D LED tail lights....

@badgerlover89 If your truck didnt already have fog lights then yes you need a relay kit that runs to a power source. If it already had fog lights then just plug the existing wire harness into the HD box.

@badgerlover89 - you need to add 50 wall load resistors to trick the PCM into thinking there are still halogen (filament type) bulbs in place or the PCM will reduce voltage to the circuit and cause the lights to flash.

Got a question for you that I am hoping you can help out with I noticed that you have LED turn signal lights for the front. With the newer Rams having an Integrated Power Module as oppose to the common Flasher Module how did you by pass this in order for them not to Hyper Flash? I installed LED turn signals on my truck with load resistors and they still have to Hyper Flash effect. They work fine when the hazards are on but not with turn signals

I'm not a big fan of aftermarket fixtures because many of them look cheezy. That said, your truck looks AWESOME! The HIDs are so much better with projectors. I also like that you found projectors with halos that DON'T have the row of white LEDs at the bottom. Also, where did you find the white to amber parking/turn LED bulbs? Again, VERY nice. I'm running an 06 Ram 2500 Quad/Long Bed Cummins 4x4 Laramie in white, so it's nice to se a very similar looking truck with the mods. Thanks again!

ok ya crapy i orderd h13 kit,the stock dodge size. i just orderd the h1 kits and i like the non hid high beam idea. but might opt. for a led bulb rather then the hologen h1. i heard a roomer the these lenses heat up and melt with hid in the projector spot is this true how have yours been any problems. please message me back thanks. matt.

@traglidite Yeah the rumor is true, I had that happen with my 2002 dodge ram projectors, but I havent had any problems with my white truck. But Just to let you know the hids even heat up the lenses on the stock headlights but not bad enough to burn a hole through them though. lol

I also want to put HID behind the projectors. I was wondering if your HID were also H1? And if so where did u get them and how did you hook them up? @traglidite Yeah the projectors are h1's. I left my high beams stock so Im able to flash them quick for whatever traffic reasons. When hooking up the hids is going to be a tight squeeze to get the bulb in there but make sure its going in at the right angle. You also have to put a small slit in the rubber cap where the wires are coming through to fit the hid bulbs ends through it. Everthing after that should be plug and play.

how difficult was it to install the load resistors for the turn signal switchback leds? a friend of mine wants to put a pair of switchback turn signal leds on his 2004 Ford Mustang. He doesn't know anything about load resistors, is there any wire splicing involved? where did you mount your load resistors?

@plptypscp It took me about 10 minutes a side. All I did to put on the load resistors was splice into two wires for each side and electrical taped it. The load resistors are pretty much just hangin there in place on the wire hareness.

I never had any problems with my leds. Leds also use a lot less power so there shouldnt be any problems with fuse blowing or wires burning. (*^__~*)

I know the grille that your talking about but this isnt made by them. The whole grille itself including the mesh is made of ABS plastic. And the mesh is spaced farther apart. I got the 2" resistors from AUTOZONE.

Yeah these headlights are after market. So if you already have a HID kit then you would just have to buy the H1 HID bulbs. If your thinking about buying the headlights or HID Kit let me know.

Yeah there 8000k. My after market headlights take H1 bulbs. The high beam and low beam is separate. I just put hids in my low beams that way Im able to flash my high beams quickly without having to wait for it to fully power up if they were hids.
