i like the plasmids that cause splicers to kill one another or get attacked by something same with big daddies some of those like enrage or security bullseye but if your one on one with them they are no good and thats the only downside to them other than that i love to use tose plasmids on a rgular basis.

That's completely false. You get 80 Adam compared to 160, which may seem a lot, but it really isn't because every third sister you get an extra 200 Adam (plus some other tonics/plasmids). So by saving the sisters you get (3 * 80 + 200)/3 = approx. 147 Adam per sister saved (in average). That's only a 13 Adam difference, and like I said you get other bonuses too.

There are 21 little sisters in Bioshock.

Every three you harvest, you get 480. (160 * 3)

Every three you save, you get 440. (80 * 3 + 200)

Do the math... If you harvest all of them, that's 3360 Adam. If you save them, that's 3080. So yeah, a lot less adam.

Let me continue your calculations to not make me sound wrong ;) : 3360 - 3080 = 280 less Adam. 280/3080 = not even 10% difference in Adam. 10% is "a lot less"? Plus, I end up with like 250 Adam at the end, with nothing useful less to spend it for, and I save all the sisters.

By the way on the levels Neptune's Bounty and Fort Frolic sometimes a 4th little sister appears due to a bug which brings the adam totals a bit higher but im too lazy to count by how much.
