As I mentioned above, it was because of my ATI 5870's. Neither of them work with my system. However, the new GTX580 does work fine. With a red line ever now and then until 3 weeks after I changed to NVidia, the screen is now perfectly normal.
Btw: its an HDMI screen, would be stupid to use analogic signal. Now that I mention it, the 5870 only has digital. What you see the screen do is checking for a signal. It checks for both digital and analog and repeats that until it gets a signal. Might be a bit confusing when you see it at first.
I did, second one has the same problem. So I switched graphics cards (from ATI to NVidia) and now I'll have to wait a while to see if the problem comes back. I switched before between 2 5870's (used to have m in crossfire) and at first it appeared that the 2nd 5870 didn't have the problem. But after 1 week it also gave me red lines. So I got an NVidia card.

im purchasing the black edition soon, does the bios actully flutter like that when the system starts up?

@arttechfreak
Yes those red lines also appeared in the BIOS screen.
Don't worry about your Black Ed. My 5870's were just not compatible with the combination of my system I guess. Still wondering why.
Got a 580 now and no problems at all. well, appart from a red line every now and then. But nothing serious like this.
