I live in Texas, but was raised in Arizona. I have also lived in NH. I am repulsed that Texas does not have open carry. Its time to catch up round here folk.

The 2nd Amendment is both an individual right and a about a well regulated militia.
We the People are the whole of the militia.
Those not on active duty are unorganized militia in training and readiness to serve.
Those on active duty are the organized militia.

The Constitution does not "give" anyone rights. Rights are gained at birth. (Or conception, whatever)
The Constitution only enumerates, or makes clear what these rights are.

We open carry up in NH quite a bit. We do open carry litter pick ups in Manchester, Portsmith, Concord, Nashua...etc.
