  • I had an old mopar once.....it was absolutely mint and original. The feeling when driving one of these old Chryslers is absolute heaven

  • she sounds like an angry bear :D

  • Christne's looking for you.....Heh,Heh,Heh.....

  • Oh my god.... It's Christine! :D

  • The 58 Plymouth was among the nicest looking designs in the car ever! An absolutly beautiful car.

  • dream car

  • also,in the late 70's My dad obtained a warmed over 1958 392 HEMI. I started a project on a '65 Barracuda. I cut a truck frame in half and was going to put the dual quad HEMI under the dash with a reverse shift pattern auto. I just ran out of resources to finish the beast.....often think of what that car would have been like.

  • Many years ago,My dad was speeding in a '56 Imperial running a 354 HEMI. He was pulled over by a state trooper. The trooper had wondered what the hurry was and at the same time listening to the engine creek trying to cool down. My father responded,.....well, you know those big HEMI's run kind of hot. This sure is a good lookiing '58

  • @magnaflowedramx4 Thanks for that story, that was cool.

  • I am a GM guy but this is one very beautiful car! I doubt Mopar has ever built anything prettier than the '58 Belvedere/Fury.

  • what a beautiful car

  • Cars should have tail fins again.

  • @davidls11 Yeah I second that:)

More, cars should be about beauty not about practiacly

  • @davidls11 I disagree. They would look pathetic with todays cars, just imagine a Ford Fusion with a tail fin.

  • @ChannelNotFound You're right, that would look stupid. It would need two tail fins.

  • @davidls11 LOL xD

  • Far more common were the late 50's Chryslers with the 392 hemi engines. They were big and heavy but fast.

  • Anyone know where there is one for sale?

  • @jasanimans I know where there's a '59 Sport Fury sitting in a guys yard out in the country by Indianapolis.

  • i would love to have one of them cars

  • Beautiful car! I've had several late 50s Mopars, and they are great.

  • That's a CILD!...

    Car I'd Like to Drive.

  • My grandpa would always talk about his 1958 Golden Commando

  • LOok at that beauty.
