sarah, i don't have a huge breakfast to be honest. sometimes eggs, sometimes a few breakfast bars. After the workout, i eat an incredible amount of protein tho. Red meat, chicken, eggs, stuff like that. I just look for high protein after the workouts!!! TIME TO BRING IT!!!
I am currently doing the same program! Although I am in much worse shape than you......Do you supplement and what the hell are you eating for breakfast to get you through all this?
I am almost done with round 1 P90x, and I have a very big breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, I am supposing you are doing the lean version (my girlfriend is doing that also) :), so I am supposing you should have a nice big breakfast especially if you dont have through the day to eat, and trust me, stay away of those bars that supplement meals, you need to digest ''Real'' food, as a snack, sure, but not as a lunch or something
