1:51 it took me a while to figure out why this was so significant. Then I got it: you didn't kill that Medic with a rocket, you killed him by knocking him down mid-jump. He died from falling two feed.

there's an IRC channel called #wars.tf2 that you might be interested.

Lobbies are really different from the mixes and stuff because you have a team of random people in lobbies and an organized team in mixes.

Yeh he's using QwertyWooHoo's HQ Recording Particles, which are included in the PLDX recorder, which he probably used to make this video. These particles are only for recording, as they put heavy strain on the cpu and tend to lag the game, but if you are sharp you can modify them with the TF2 particle editor (-tools launch option) so that they are less cpu intensive but still look good (not nearly AS good tho).
