Your parents got this car for 9,000 off... but thats still a good chunk of change to pay. If you and/or your parents don't like it so much, why don't you just sell it instead of throwing away the money you did pay for it? The suzuki uses a D-tec engine ..(ecotec GM!) ...infact every daewoo sold in the us from the late 90s to early 2000s used D-tec engines ..From gm ...personally not a gm fan ..Unsafe (cavalier venture astro ect ect METRO ect ect) unreliable (I had an astro and it has 3 trannys and 2 head gaskets by the time it reached 75k miles! ...Traverse may be bigger but it will take me awile to trust an american car company

Not everyone wants to drive a huge SUV... plus a fully loaded Traverse is over $40K... and doesn't offer many more options than a RAV4, CRV, Sedona, or Santa Fe. Plus American cars' quality SUCKS (I used to own one). Can't compete with the Japanese, or better yet Koreans, in terms of quality and value.
