That was a phonograph... it's a gramophone! Gramophones use flat 12", 10" and 7" records. The Phonograph was a cylinder record based machine. Otherwise good video :)

Wow, I fail as a record collector. I honestly didn't know there was a difference. I have failed my precious vinyls... I do wish the cylinder format had caught on, though. Gotta love that constant linear speed...
