UNC fans say that Hansbrough is as good or better than JJ Redick. How? JJ made 457 3 pointers in his college career. That's the most in ncaa history. Not only that, but he was only 6 points short of breaking the ncaa record of points in a season. He also nearly broke the record for the best free throw percentage in ncaa history. He was just .14% percent off. Lastly, he has scored more points than anyone else in ACC history. These are all facts so nobody write crap against this.

Actually, you can. JJ was NOT a good basketball player. The best shooter the ACC has ever seen? Probably so - but that's the only reason he has that many points, the three-point line. Look at David Thompson as one example. He got what...2500 points in two seasons? Without a three point line?
True, JJ was a fantastic shooter... arguably the best college shooter ever... but Hansbrough is just a far superior player. And I hate hansbrough as much as you do, I'm a state fan. But hes still very good.
